My Artwork, Logos, and Designs are not included in Public Domain, nor have I abandoned my Copyright on any of the above named items. I do have a few rules of thumb though if you would like to do anything with my work.

Non-Commissioned Artwork

1. No Commercial Redistribution. You can not make money off of the work that I have completed.
2. No Manipulation of Finished Work. My finished work is just that, Finished. I would like it to remain that way. I do have two different stock accounts with images that can be (ab)used in any way you desire. Photo Stock & 3D Rendered Stock
3. Posting to Blogs & Photobucket allowed with proper crediting (I Love being ASKED!!), but no posting to sites such as deviantART.com, Flickr.com, or related websites permitted. I can and will take action if I find my work on a website that I do not approve of.
4. Can be used to make website layouts if you ASK first.
5. Please do not post my work on websites that support any of the following: Rascism, Politics, Animal Abuse, Sexual Themed, or Abuse/Hatred of Religions, or people in general (Female, Male).

Commissioned Artwork

1. There will be no reposting, editing, or website layout making from ANY of the Commissioned work in my gallery. These images have been paid for and are not available for REDISTRIBUTION at all.

Blank Logos & Designs

1. Can be customized! I charge a Dependant fee for customization. Using the Blank though is against my copyright.
